Before accessing our platform, please review our key Terms of Service:
Account Rules
Use accurate information and a business email address to register. Don’t share accounts or automate access. We may suspend accounts for abuse or risk concerns.
Access to the service may be restricted based on geographic location or inclusion on government-issued sanction lists. We reserve the right to deny access to individuals or entities listed on OFAC, EU, UN, or other applicable sanctions databases.
Content Ownership
AsiaVerify owns all data and report formats. You may use them internally, but redistribution or resale is not allowed unless explicitly approved.
Service Boundaries
Our tools are offered “as-is” and may change over time. We don’t guarantee results or uninterrupted access.
Acceptable Use Policy
AsiaVerify provides its verification tools and reports solely for responsible, lawful, and values-aligned use. Users may not exploit, misuse, or misrepresent AsiaVerify’s data or platform in ways that compromise legal, ethical, reputational, or operational integrity.
AsiaVerify reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide justification, including in cases of potential misuse or misalignment with platform values.
Use of AsiaVerify does not imply endorsement or partnership. Users are responsible for how reports are interpreted and applied.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of conflict, we’ll first work with you directly. Unresolved issues are governed by Singapore law and may proceed to arbitration under SIAC.
