AsiaVerify supports principled, research-driven use of our data and insights. This Citation & Data Usage Agreement explains how our tools and reports may be referenced in public materials, ensuring transparency, accurate attribution, and protection of public trust.

1. Purpose & Scope

   AsiaVerify welcomes principled, research-driven use of its tools and data. This agreement governs how reports, data extracts, or platform outputs may be cited or referenced in public materials by non-commercial policy or research entities.

2. Citation Requirements

   Use of AsiaVerify data must include clear attribution:
   “Source: AsiaVerify (asiaverify.com). Data used independently; AsiaVerify is not affiliated with nor endorses conclusions drawn by [Organization Name].”

   • Use of AsiaVerify’s logo, branding, or visual layouts is prohibited without written approval.
   • Citation must not imply partnership, co-authorship, or endorsement.

3. Review Rights & Contextual Use

   AsiaVerify reserves the right to review:

   • Any draft report or publication where AsiaVerify data is cited or used
   • Any contextual framing that may imply AsiaVerify’s stance on political, ethical, or strategic issues

   AsiaVerify may request edits or revoke citation rights if use poses reputational, legal, or ethical concerns.

4. Limitations & Interpretation

   AsiaVerify is a technology service provider. The data made available through our services (“Information Products”) is sourced from publicly accessible government registries, open sources, or third-party providers. AsiaVerify obtains and delivers such data on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AsiaVerify makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, validity, or suitability of the Information Products for your intended use. This includes, but is not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, or warranties that may arise from a course of dealing, usage, or trade practice. The data must not be interpreted as definitive proof of misconduct, intent, or affiliation.

5. Disclaimers & Public Trust

   Reports using AsiaVerify must include a disclaimer acknowledging the independent nature of analysis and avoiding mischaracterization of data accuracy or intent. Misuse or politicization of AsiaVerify outputs may result in termination of access or citation rights.
