AsiaVerify and Xapien have partnered to bring official Asian company registry data directly into Xapien's AI-powered due diligence reports.
AsiaVerify delivers trusted Asian company, shareholder, UBO, and sanctions data instantly, empowering enterprises to make smarter risk decisions, streamline onboarding, and strengthen confidence in global business partnerships.
Today, we are proud to announce that we are powering Xapien’s dynamic due diligence platform with Asia data. For any company operating in Asia, analysts now can access and see the official filed record, without a separate search and manual reconciliation.
The problem the partnership solves
Investigating companies in Asia is not straightforward. Public records are uneven across jurisdictions. A single company may appear under its native-script name and several English transliterations of it. The shareholder named on a filing is another company registered elsewhere, with the person in control sitting three or four layers further up the ownership chain.
Analysts have historically closed those gaps manually. The completeness of the file comes down to the time available, which is rarely enough.
What changes with this integration
Through this partnership, Xapien users gain access to more than 450M+ entities across 14 Asian markets, sourced directly from government registries. Each search runs against the native-script registered name alongside its English form. A Chinese, Japanese, Korean or Vietnamese company can be matched to its own filing however its name has been spelled. Xapien handles the local language and the local registry.
For compliance, research and onboarding teams whose exposure crosses borders, the integration removes the investigative step that typically consumes the most time, finding the right record in the first place.
“Verified company and ownership information is the foundation of any credible risk decision, and across Asia that information sits with each market’s own registry. We built AsiaVerify to make those records accessible at scale in the languages they are filed in. Working with Xapien brings them to the compliance and research teams who depend on them daily and we are delighted to be partnering with the Xapien team on this,”
said Adam Graham, Head of Commercial at AsiaVerify.
” Reliable due diligence comes from triangulating the full span of data available on a subject, and a gap in one set weakens everything read against it. AsiaVerify extends Xapien reports into registries that are hard to reach, so a search on an Asian company returns the filed record on the first pass and the analyst’s time goes into the decision itself, not digging up registry data.”
